GREGORY D. WEBB, RPH - President and Chief Executive Officer

Greg Webb is responsible for the management of all aspects of the company. Greg has more than 25 years of pharmacy and administrative management experience with top national and regional pharmacy retailers. Greg managed pharmacy operations for over 4,000 pharmacies for Rite Aid, was Vice President of Pharmacy for HEB, and has extensive experience in high volume pharmacy automation and customer service. Greg graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy.

MICHAEL E. NORRIS - Chief Operations Officer

Mike Norris is responsible for all aspects of PTRX's day-to-day operations and data management. Prior to joining PTRX, Mike ran marketing, procurement, and supply chain activities for 200 HEB pharmacy locations and HEB's high volume prescription fulfillment operations. Mike also has extensive expertise in pharmacy claims analysis, prescription drug pricing and adjudication, and in pharmacy automation systems. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Alabama and served as an officer in the US Army for six years before joining HEB as a procurement manager.

BARRY R. WOOD - Chief Financial Officer

Barry Wood is responsible for all aspects of finance, treasury, accounting, audit, risk management and investor relations. Barry has more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. In addition to establishing a successful public accounting practice, Barry spent six years with Ernst & Young before joining AT&T (previously SBC Communications), where he served in various executive finance capacities for 11 years. During his career, Barry has gained extensive experience in operation financial support, treasury management, systems implementation, merger and acquisitions, and risk management. Barry received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville and his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas-Dallas. Barry also holds certified public accountant and certified financial planner certifications.

JOHN TWISS - Chief Information Officer

John Twiss is responsible for all aspects of PTRX's data and communication technology. Prior to joining PTRX, John Twiss served as an Information Technology consultant. John Twiss consulted for companies such as The University of New Mexico, Citi Bank, The SCOOTER Store, Sigma Solutions and Computer Solutions. John Twiss has extensive experience in managing software development teams, computer hardware and software design, network management, database administration and application development.

JOSEPH T. BRALEY - Chief Sales Officer

Joe Braley is responsible for all aspects of PTRX’s sales and client service. Joe has over 25 years of sales management and consulting experience in the employee benefits industry. Joe has partnered with employers ranging from small entrepreneurs to the Fortune 50 to design, implement and manage the full range of employee benefits. Joe has built and led highly performing sales organizations for Prudential, CIGNA and most recently Aetna. Prior to his position as Vice President of Sales for Aetna, Joe was the co-founder and President of Summit Alliance Benefits Company, a national employee benefits marketing and distribution organization based in Dallas. Joe received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College.

MONICA URIAS - Vice President, Account Management

Monica Urias is responsible for all aspects of PTRX Account management and Client service. Monica joined the PTRX team in 2006 as a Patient Services Technician. Throughout her time at PTRX, Monica has served as Account Manager and most recently as Director of Operations, overseeing daily PBM and member service operations. She now leads a group of pharmacy technicians responsible for all levels of daily management and service for over 50 PTRX Clients. Prior to joining PTRX, Monica worked for HEB Pharmacy for over 5 years and served as a lead technician in high-volume retail pharmacies. Monica earned certification as a Pharmacy Technician through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board, is registered as a technician through the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Biology from St. Mary’s University.
